Hannah continued her education starting in the fall of 2022 and now she is an awesome RVT !
She was born and raised on a farm north of Castor, and from a very young age she knew she wanted to work with animals. She was a part of the local 4-H beef club for five years but only had heifer calves so she could start building a herd of her own. Besides that she competitively ski raced with Alberta Alpine for 8 years and completed her Level1 Ski Instructor’s course. Graduating with honors from Lakeland College’s Veterinary Medical Assistant program in 2021 she started working at the Stettler Vet Clinic the following fall. She has always been a hard worker but in her down time you can find her at the ski hill just down the road from the farm or snuggling with her beloved cat Lucky, that she found as a kitten abandoned in the barn. She also enjoys listening to true-crime podcasts.
